Who we are and what are the benefits to your organisation?
Incorporated in 2001, our business has grown out of the coaching and development work that we carried out for our clients. A highly specialised knowledgeable team offers performance improvements that bring the following benefits:
Benefits to organisations
Organisations manage and deliver coaching more effectively in an organisational setting by removing confusion over exactly what coaching is, understand how best to maximise coaching and how to work effectively with an increasingly complex plethora of learning interventions.
Benefits to HR
The HR department has a central role in managing coaching within an organisation. The quality results it delivers depend on choosing and developing appropriate coaches (line managers, internal or external coaches), managing relationships and evaluating success.
We help HR practitioners to understand how to deliver an effective coaching process, decide when coaching is an appropriate and effective intervention, match different types of coaching and diagnostic tools the organisational culture and the needs of individuals and teams; and the key element of ensuring all parties are fully equipped for their role in coaching, whether it is as a participant, as a line manager of a participant or as the coach. The importance of developing coaches is crucial in this respect.
Benefits to teams
In times of continuous change teams can lose cohesion and sense of purpose. They can develop defensive silo responses to their colleagues and peers. We help teams and their leaders develop the combined sense of common purpose they and the organisation need by tackling real and current challenges in the programmes. Using group and team coaching sessions we are able to generate deliverables that address your own priorities and needs, (up to and including Board level).
Benefits to the individual
During times of uncertainty and upheaval, managers and executives can feel isolated and threatened. This makes it harder for them to get the best out of themselves, their peer relationships and their teams. By using a combination of confidential one-to-one coaching and peer / group / team programmes, we help counter these pressures and re-energise managers and executives.
Why are we different?
For over 10 years we have helped organisations to deliver substantial performance improvements. We have developed long-term relationships with our clients who report that we have successfully delivered long-lasting behavioural change through our programmes. We call the approach Sustained Behavioural Change (SBC). Clients describe SBC as being unique and highly effective.
We blend coaching, training and practical activities to develop new skills and understanding within an organisation. The personal assignments and collaborative working that clients experience consolidates the learning that takes place and enables the coach complete flexibility over on-going changing needs of the organisation and individual as each programme progresses.
