Alan Sneddon
Director
Alan is a Learning Architect, Advisor and Coach specialising in coaching and mentoring with online interventions. As a Learning Architect he designs environments that help people to take advantage of a multitude of learning opportunities. He spent more than 20 years working within blue chip companies developing on-line learning since the late 80's initially in the Finance industry and then in the commercial learning and development market before establishing ASC in 2001. Alan rapidly gained recognition from senior executives who benefited from his unique blend of coaching and on-line follow-up. Clients benefit from his extensive experience in developing and evaluating approaches to deliver higher returns for the individual and the business. His pragmatic style enables development of long-term partnership relationships with Clients.
Glynn Jung
Non Executive Director
With more than 30 years’experience in learning and development, Glynn brings a wealth of expertise to our projects and programmes. Glynn has developed and implemented innovative L&D strategies across Europe, North America and Africa for clients in public, private and Third sectors. Most recently, he has developed knowledge transfer and collaborative learning services for public and Third sector clients and conducted research projects in Europe, MENA and USA. He has also been active in business interventions for SMEs and in strategy consulting. Glynn’s forthright style enables strong outcomes from coaching and has been universally acclaimed by clients.
George Donnelly
Associate Coach & Trainer
George has a high profile in the oil and supporting services market as a leading specialist in Human Resources and sustainable change for organisations, where blending the latest thinking with a practical and proven ability to deliver is key. George has developed and delivered cultural change management programmes across the UK, Baku and Azerbaijan, and led major restructuring projects involving managers and supervisors in the design. An accredited Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, a Career Transitions associate and an Insights Discovery Profiler George brings the latest developmental models into everyday practical applications.
Karen Sneddon
Logistics & Event Management
Karen brings more than 15 years of logistics experience to our business, beginning in the IT service sector in 1980, Karen implemented green site IT infrastructures and operations for businesses such as F.S. Assurance and Lowndes Queensway. Her knowledge encompasses a wide range of technology implementation and management activities including network engineering, process development, IT installation and end user roll-out. More recently, Karen worked at Scotland's national centre for Conductive Education, which helps children with Motor Impairments. Karen provides the logistical programme support for client programmes.
