Through analysing needs we identify organisational and personal issues to be resolved and the specific topics to be covered including a review of techniques currently being employed. Virtual Organisational Development Environments
We work with The Working Manager, provider of the worlds first Virtual Organisation Development Environment (VODE®). VODE's support Organisational Development strategies ensuring that everyone, regardless of where they are, understands what their organisation is expecting to achieve and what part they can play.
Our team includes specialists who can advise on the use of e-channels to maximise collaboration between people within and between organisations for example, helping to meet the governments requirement to deliver efficient public services through collaborative working practices.
e-Learning and Blended Learning
All of our programmes are bespoke, which requires a high level of instructional design expertise. Our qualified team is highly experienced in maximising the effectiveness, efficiency and appeal of instruction and learning experiences. We help organisations with a need to share information and expertise or need to develop a blended programme from scratch, but do not have the necessary instructional design expertise or have professional trainers who are over committed.

Our programmes
- Typically cover a period of between 3 and 12 months and include a scheduled number of workshops integrated with regular telephone and face-to-face coaching sessions.
- Coaching and mentoring comprises of scheduled sessions based on 3, 6, 12 or 18 month assignments matched to requirement and budget.
- Together the sessions ensure deliverables at each stage and address key challenges that face the individual and organisation.
- All programmes are bespoke to address the exact needs of the organisation, HR, line manager and individual.
